Rooms are on the smaller side, especially the Deluxe Rooms, which might leave you feeling cramped for the price. There's no garden area and the overall ambiance could be better. you might find the walls lack sufficient soundproofing, which can be disruptive. the restaurant service seems to struggle during busy periods, leading to frustrating waits for food. If you're looking for a good view, you’d be better off heading next door to the ITC welcome, which offers both great food and a seaside sitting area.

I stayed in an Executive Double Room for 2 nights. The room was modern and the bed was super comfy. Loved the USB ports but charging was faster with the regular sockets. The only downside was the shower – it kept flicking between hot and cold, which was a bit annoying. Friendly staff and daily water supply were nice touches. the hotel had a cool rooftop bar with great views at night!

The staff here were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The room was modern and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the daily water and coffee supplies. There were stunning sea views that enhanced my overall experience.
The inconsistent shower temperature was a bit frustrating.
